Please email the following documentation to [email protected]*:

• A copy of your school’s current AMI or AMS documentation confirming your recognition or accreditation status 

NOTE: If you are applying for a new membership your application will not be complete until a representative of the organization has conducted a site visit. After your application has been accepted you will be invoiced for MSC Dues. Do not send payment at this time. 

*Website listing will be completed upon completion of all criteria.
